The Lady in White is usually seen near the church in the woods, drifting silently through the darkness before vanishing between the trees. Some believe she appears as a warning to those who wander too far. Others say she is searching for something she never left behind. Either way, when she is seen, the air changes — and people do not forget it.

Ten acres of real Ohio forest in Columbia Station, just outside Cleveland. Live actors wait in the dark along an outdoor haunted trail, while paranormal investigators say the property itself never went quiet. Out here, you can't always tell what's an actor — and what isn't.

Stories surrounding the Lady in Black and the old well have followed this property for years. Staff and investigators report a dark presence throughout the woods — and locals know better than to walk the trail after dark. A Woman in White steps between the living and the danger; a Protector, bound to the land, keeps them apart. Somewhere out there tonight, all three are still moving.
